Via wild-caught Sole fillets have a mild, sweet flavour with small, tender flakes. Individually vacuum packed and quick frozen. No additives. Skinless and Skin-On Fillets available in various sizes.

Skinless Fillets: 1.5-2, 2-2.5, 2.5-3, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 oz.
