Olivia Steelhead Trout are farm-raised and have orange flesh like Salmon and medium flakes and a tender texture. The taste is like a cross between trout and salmon. Individually vacuum packed and quick frozen. Portions and Sides are available in a wide range of sizes: 1-3, 3-5, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 oz.

  • GRILL: 4-5 mins per side

  • BAKE: 15-20 mins/175C (350F)

Handling Instructions

Keep frozen until use. Thaw in refrigerator. Cook to an internal temperature of 72C (160F). Refrigerate leftovers. Always wash your hands before handling.
