Suggested Cooking

  • These fully cooked legs can be thawed and served, but we recommend the following cooking methods for the optimal dining experience:
  • STEAM: 2-4 mins
  • BOIL: 2-4 mins
  • BAKE: 4-6 mins at 205°C (400°F)

Chef Tips

Thaw product in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or immerse legs in cold water for 30 minutes. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
