- 675 g (10-30 ct) Olivia Argentina red shrimp shelled and deveined
- Cajun spices, to taste
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Garnishes (to taste)
- 12 tortillas
- 1 jalapeno, thinly sliced
- Green onions
- Crumbled feta or queso fresco
- Pickled cabbage
- Avocado
- Sour cream
- Lime wedges

Wild Argentine Shrimp
TO MAKE
- Rub shrimp with Cajun spice and sautée in olive oil on high heat until it turns pink. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with warm tortillas and the garnishes.
