Scallop medallions (scallops, sodium caseinate [milk], maltodextrin, transglutaminase), Bacon (pork, water, salt, sodium phosphate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite, smoke. May contain: sugar, brown sugar, potassium chloride, spice, flavour).

Safe Handling Instructions
Keep frozen until use. Thaw in refrigerator. Cook to an internal temperature of 72°C (160°F). Refrigerate leftovers. Always wash your hands before handling.
Suggested Cooking
For best results, cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 205C (400F). Remove all packaging and place scallops on a baking sheet (1cm – ½ inch apart). Place on middle rack and back for 7 to 8 minutes. Flip the medallions and cook for another 7 minutes.Related Culinary Experiences
