Sesame crusted yellowfin tuna with ginger sauce

- 675 g Olivia yellowfin tuna
- 125 ml sesame seeds
- 45 ml olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Ginger sauce
- 45 ml soy sauce
- 45 ml mirin
- 15 ml ginger, finely chopped
- Garnishes
- Green onion, minced
- Lime wedges
- Cucumbers
- Spicy mayonnaise
- 1 ½ lbs Olivia yellowfin tuna
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 3 tbsps olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Ginger sauce
- 3 tbsps soy sauce
- 3 tbsps mirin
- 1 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
- Garnishes
- Green onion, minced
- Lime wedges
- Cucumbers
- Spicy mayonnaise

TO MAKE
- Season the tuna with salt and pepper and coat with sesame seeds. In a large nonstick pan, heat oil on high heat and sear the tuna on all sides. Set aside.
- Slice and serve with the sauce and garnishes.
