- 4 to 6 clusters Olivia snow crab legs, cracked open
- 125 ml butter
- 4 rosemary sprigs
- 12 ginger slices
- Lemon wedges

TO MAKE
- Place crab legs onto a baking sheet and drizzle with melted butter and the remaining ingredients.
- Broil for about 3 to 4 minutes or put all the ingredients in a large pan and sauté until warm. Serve with lemon wedges.
