Shrimp Cocktail

INGREDIENTS
- 12 Olivia black tiger shrimp (6/8 ct) in the shell
- Cocktail sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- Lemon or lime wedges
- Capers
- Cocktail sauce
- 250 ml ketchup or chili sauce
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 15 ml prepared horseradish, or to taste
- 2 ml Worcestershire sauce
- Hot sauce, to taste

- 1 tbsp prepared horseradish, or to taste
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Black Tiger Shrimp
TO MAKE
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the shrimp for about 3 minutes or until they turn pink.*
- Drain and cool to room temperature. Peel and devein.
- For the cocktail sauce, mix all the ingredients. Serve the shrimp with cocktail sauce and garnish with lemon or lime wedges and capers.
- * If using medium-size shrimp, cook for about 2 minutes until they turn pink.
