INGREDIENTS
- 675 g Olivia lobster meat, cooked
- 45 ml mayonnaise
- 45 ml celery, diced
- 45 ml chive, minced
- 15 ml Dijon mustard
- 2 green onions, minced
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Garnishes
- Hot dog bread, toasted
- Melted butter
- Shredded lettuce, to taste
- 1.5 lbs Olivia lobster meat, cooked
- 3 tbsps mayonnaise
- 3 tbsps celery, diced
- 3 tbsps chive, minced
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 green onions, minced
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Garnishes
- Hot dog bread, toasted
- Melted butter
- Shredded lettuce, to taste

TO MAKE
- Mix the lobster meat with the remaining ingredients.
- Brush the toasted bread with melted butter and garnish with the lobster mixture.
