Crab tartine with dill and roasted garlic

- 675 g crab meat, cooked
- 60 ml olive oil
- 60 ml dill, chopped
- 1 head of garlic
- Salt and pepper

- 1.5 lbs crab meat, cooked

Crab tartine with dill and roasted garlic
TO MAKE
- For the roasted garlic, preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Slice off the top of the head to expose some of the cloves inside. Place on a piece of foil and drizzle with olive oil. Wrap with the foil and roast until the cloves are golden brown and tender, about 30 minutes. Allow to cool.
- In a large bowl, mix crab meat, olive oil, dill and roasted garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the crab mixture onto the toasted bread and garnish with dill, Maldon salt and black pepper.
