Thaw and dry the cold water shrimp with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
In a food processor, place the cream cheese, mayonnaise, zest, lemon juice, shrimp, tabasco, capers and salt. Mix until a smooth consistency is obtained.
Add the herbs and green onions. Pulse a few times.
Place the dip in a serving bowl and garnish with a few cold water shrimp and some green onion.
Serve with dry croutons and some vegetables of your choice.
