Hot Smoked Salmon

Our hot smoked salmon is seasoned, marinated and then wood smoked for up to 12 hours at a higher temperature than traditional cold smoked salmon. This process successfully cooks the salmon providing a longer refrigerator and shelf life. The finished product is moist, firm, flakey and delicious.
