Yellowfin Tuna

Yellowfin Tuna is the most tropical species of tuna and is known for its flashy yellow stripe. The fish is bright red when raw, but cooks up to a brown/tan color. It has a mild, meaty flavour profile and is firm with large, moist flakes. It is excellent raw, but also lends itself well to searing, grilling or broiling cooking methods.
